Connor Mosack, Driver No. 28 High Point University/Nic Tailor Custom Fit Underwear/Interstate Foam & Supply/TeamSLR/M1 Racecars Ford Mustang:

“We had a sixth-place finish. We didn’t have a caution until later in the race, but with that caution we never went back to green, so we never got to see what we had left. We need to do some work on low-grip track speed and see if we can get better. Our next race is a month out in Lime Rock so, hopefully, we can have some speed there to take home a podium finish.”

Jack Wood, Driver, No. 27 Velocity Racing/TeamSLR/M1 Racecars Chevrolet Camaro:

“We ran good in practice at times, but struggled to get good grip and the balance right. The car was pretty good early in the race and we moved forward. As the laps added up, we lost more grip than the cars we were racing with. We finally got the caution we needed, but never went back green. The team worked hard and I’m getting better every time out.”
