Connor Mosack, Driver No. 28 Chevrolet Camaro, TeamSLR
“Overall, our Nic Tailor/Interstate Foam & Supply/M1 Racecars Camaro was really good all weekend long. We started the race in sixth and lost a few spots on the start after an accident involving the leaders. After working our way back toward the front, we moved into third after a caution. The car started coming to me and we were able to ride there for a little bit. We were on our way to tracking down second place but had a slow leak in the right-rear tire, which caused us to wreck and ended our day.”
Scott Lagasse Jr., Driver No. 92 Chevrolet Camaro, TeamSLR
“On a positive note, I was excited to see how well Connor was running before having a flat tire that ended his race. My day was cut short while racing up toward the front of the field. I made contact with a competitor, which caused damage to my front suspension, and it failed after a few laps. Our M1 Racecars Chevrolet Camaros were fast. Our team did a nice job all weekend with the cars and I’m excited and looking forward to our future races.”
